Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated, board-certified Cardiologist to join our leading cardiovascular program at a state-of-the-art facility. This role offers the opportunity to deliver comprehensive cardiac care to a diverse patient population while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of specialists.
Assignment Details:
- Location: California
- Start Date: As soon as possible
- Schedule: Monday–Friday with on-call responsibilities as needed
- Position Type: Full-Time
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive cardiovascular care including diagnosis, treatment, and management of heart disease and related conditions.
- Perform and interpret diagnostic tests such as EKGs, echocardiograms, stress tests, and cardiac catheterizations.
- Collaborate with cardiac surgeons, interventional cardiologists, electrophysiologists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver patient-centered care.
- Educate patients and their families about treatment options, disease prevention, and healthy lifestyle modifications.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, clinical research, and continuing education programs.
Requirements:
- Board Certification in Cardiology (or Board Eligible if within three years of fellowship completion)
- Active, unrestricted medical license in California or eligibility for licensure
- Proven experience in both outpatient and inpatient cardiovascular care
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a commitment to high-quality, patient-focused care
