Orthopedic Surgery Opportunity

Position Overview:
Seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Orthopedic Surgeon to provide clinic, surgical, and ER call coverage. This assignment includes a mix of clinical and operative responsibilities, with opportunities to engage with local high school and college sports teams.
Assignment Details:
- Location: Texas
- Start Date: Within 30–45 days (dependent on credentialing).
- Schedule:
- Clinic: 2 weekdays per week.
- Operating Room: 2 weekdays per week.
- Fridays: Administrative work, fill-ins, or catch-up.
- ER Call: Minimum of 10 days/month, including 1–2 weekends; up to 20 days if preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Provide general orthopedic care with an emphasis on sports medicine and total joint procedures.
- Collaborate with local high school and small college athletic programs.
- Work alongside APPs, MAs, and a full-time orthopedic surgeon for support.
Requirements:
- Board Status: Board Certified or Board Eligible (within 5 years of training).
- Licensure: Active Texas license or IMLC eligibility.
- Experience with sports medicine and total joints is preferred.
