Gastroenterology Opportunity
Position Overview:
Seeking General Gastroenterologists to join a growing team in a dynamic academic and clinical environment. This role provides the opportunity to work with complex gastroenterology cases, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and participate in teaching and research activities.
Assignment Details:
- Location: New York
- Schedule: Full-time clinical and academic role
- Setting:
- Work in a state-of-the-art endoscopy suite with anesthesia support
- Collaborate with specialists including colorectal, oncologic, and trauma surgeons, interventional radiologists, and GI pathologists
- Access to an on-site infusion clinic for patient care
Responsibilities:
- Perform a wide range of endoscopic procedures
- Diagnose and manage complex gastrointestinal conditions
- Teach and mentor medical students, residents, and fellows
- Engage in clinical research and scholarly work
Requirements:
- Board Status: Board Certified in Internal Medicine and Board Eligible or Certified in Gastroenterology
- Licensure: Active or eligible for New York medical license
- Experience: Broad expertise in diagnosing and managing gastrointestinal conditions
