Indiana | Long-Term Assignment with Flexible Scheduling
Position Overview:
Seeking outpatient Urology coverage for a 6+ month locum assignment. This role offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to work closely with a dedicated team of urologists and midlevel providers.
Assignment Details:
- Location: Indiana
- Start Date: January 6, 2025
- Duration: 6+ months
- Schedule:
- Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–4:30/5:00 PM
- Flexible options for coverage:
- One Urologist full-time every week
- Two Urologists covering two weeks per month each
- Three Urologists with a mix of two weeks and one week per month coverage
Responsibilities:
- Perform 3-4 vasectomies per day.
- Conduct follow-up visits in the clinic for patients treated by inpatient locum urologists.
- Collaborate with two employed urologists and one urological oncologist.
Requirements:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible within 3 years of completing training.
- Licensure:
- Active Indiana license preferred.
- IMLC eligibility or ability to obtain a license (~30 days).
